Last November the club held it's "Last Bash" Fly-in and club members had a Ton of
fun plus a complete RTF EP aircraft was given away to the overall winner! Bill Womble won it by just a few
points.
The competition events will include a "Spot Landing", "Climb and Glide", "Pylon Race", "Limbo" and others.
Prizes will be awarded with a "Grand Prize" given to the overall winner!
This event is only open to Flightmasters Club members! All club members wishing to compete MUST be present at 9:00
AM and register.
There will be NO LANDING FEE, however a small bit of work needs to be done on the runways and field,
so members will be expected to help with that work in lieu of the landing fee.
CLUB OFFICERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES!
So ... Bring some stuff to eat, something to drink, a few airplanes and join in the work and fun!
The schedule:
- 09:00 AM Registration
- 09:00 - 11:00 - Work (Should only take a couple of hours with all of us there to help.)
- 11:00 - 13:00 - Lunch break & "Tune up" flying (Get planes ready for the competition.)
- 13:00 - 16:00 - The Events!
- 16:00 - 16:30 - Tallying the score and awarding the prizes.
